MILESTONE LICENSE RENEWAL

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide a Milestone License Renewal. The contract is for a one-time order, and the delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order. The vendor must provide the license renewal for the specified software, including 1 Year Care Plus for XProtect Corporate BL and 1 Year Care Plus for XProtect Corporate DL. The vendor must also provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277-A, the “Worker’s Right to Know Act.” • The contract is for a non-exclusive contract, and the State reserves the right to retain other contractors to provide any of the services or deliverables identified under this procurement. • The vendor must comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county, or municipal authorities. • The vendor must provide proof of compliance with proposal specifications. • The contract price includes all costs, and the vendor must not add any special charges, surcharges, or fuel charges.
