Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical municipal intersection upgrades of this scale (approximately 1‑2 miles of roadway, multiple utility relocations, signal work, and multimodal facilities) in Florida, similar projects have ranged from $5 million to $15 million. The lower bound reflects a minimal scope (pavement, basic drainage, modest signal work) while the upper bound accounts for extensive drainage, lighting, and extensive utility coordination. Factors influencing the final amount include exact quantities of pavement, the need for additional storm‑water structures, and any unforeseen utility conflicts.
