The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a single‑award firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide program‑level and direct program‑area support for the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP). The effort covers technical review of proposals and reports, direct assistance to program managers, extensive administrative and financial tracking, meeting planning and logistics, and outreach activities such as website management, webinars, and newsletters. The contract is structured as a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions, for a maximum five‑year performance period, and is set‑aside for multiple small‑business categories.
