Fitness Equipment Preventative Maintenance, Incidental Labor and Repairs

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking bids for the preventative maintenance, incidental labor, and repairs of fitness equipment at various locations within the Harbor area. The contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to renew for an additional one or two years. The successful bidder will be required to provide on-site preventative maintenance and repair services, including quarterly visits to inspect and maintain the equipment. The bidder must also provide a description of the services performed and any parts replaced during each visit. • The equipment to be maintained includes cross-trainers, rowing machines, stair climbers, stationary bikes, treadmills, and strength equipment. • The bidder must provide a price for the preventative maintenance services, as well as a price for any repairs or parts replacement. • The bidder must also provide proof of insurance, including general liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation insurance. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest responsive bid. • The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
