Description
The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking qualified architectural/engineering consultants to provide full design services for a new fire and emergency‑medical‑services (EMS) facility on its Long Island campus. This RFQ is qualification‑only; cost proposals will be requested only after a consultant is selected. Respondents must submit evidence of comparable projects, complete all required exhibits, and comply with New York State procurement, lobbying, and reporting regulations.
• Design services covering conceptual, schematic, and construction‑document phases for a fire/EMS building.
• Submission of qualifications, project experience, and required certifications (MWBE, SDVOB, EO 177, etc.) via the Jaggaer/SciQuest portal.
• Mandatory compliance with restricted‑period communication rules, contractor‑badge requirements, and annual State Consultant Services reporting.
