Sale of Vacant Lot

This solicitation is a public invitation to bid for the purchase of a 1.5‑acre vacant parcel located behind Lakewood High School. The Board of Education will accept the highest responsible bid that meets or exceeds the $110,000 minimum price, with a $20,000 security deposit required with each bid. The sale is “as‑is, where‑is,” and the buyer assumes all environmental, zoning, and title risks, with no post‑award inspection contingencies. The transaction must close within 60 days of award, with a 5 % initial deposit due shortly after the purchase‑sale agreement is executed.
