Program Year (PY) 2023 Funding Allotments and Instructions for the INA Section 166 Programs

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is issuing this Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) to notify Indian and Native American (INA) grantees of Program Year (PY) 2023 funding allotments for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Section 166 programs. The ETA is providing funding for Comprehensive Services Program (CSP) and Supplemental Youth Services Program (SYSP) to support employment and training services for Native Americans. The funding allotments are listed in Attachment I, and grantees must submit their applications through Grants.gov by April 26, 2023.
