Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the District 4 Parks (2022 Bond) project. The project includes various park improvements such as structures, shade, fabric-covered areas, fencing, benches, site work, concrete, electrical, plumbing, erosion control services, and landscaping. The estimated construction budget for this contract is $700,000.00. The project requires completion within 180 calendar days and includes a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on the Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Plan.
