Purchase of Two (2) Surface Hub 3

The Hawaii Department of Health, State Laboratories Division, is requesting a price quote for two Microsoft Surface Hub 3 85” and associated accessories. The equipment should be delivered to the State Laboratories Facility located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96782. The price quote should include Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) at 4.712%, the HIePRO transaction fee at 0.75% (not to exceed $5,000), and any other applicable charges or fees. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror. Key points to consider: • The equipment required includes Surface Hub 3 85”, Windows 11 Enterprise Version, Steelcase Roam Interactive Whiteboard Stand, and a 4-year extended warranty. • Delivery shall be inside delivery on a weekday excluding State holidays between 9 am and 3 pm (HST). • The vendor shall contact the Hawaii State Laboratories at least one day prior to delivery. • The offeror must be able to produce a Certificate of Vendor Compliance at the time of award and for final payment.
