Description
The Effingham County Board of Education is seeking a vendor to provide copier services for their schools. The vendor will be responsible for providing and maintaining copiers, as well as providing supplies and repair services. The contract will be for a period of 48 or 60 months, and the vendor will be required to provide pricing for both options. The vendor will also be required to provide a copy of their service commitment and guarantee, as well as references from previous clients.
• The vendor must provide pricing for 74 machines, with a start date of August 5, 2026.
• The vendor must provide all parts, service, and supplies related to the copiers, excluding costs to insure the copiers.
• The vendor must provide a "like-for-like" replacement policy for any equipment that is deemed unsuitable for the intended use.
• The vendor must provide a specific service addendum that lists response times and penalties for failure to meet those response times.
• The vendor must provide yearly meter read submission and overage billing, and quarterly base billing and maintenance billing.
