Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a replacement for the current Operating Room Booms and ceiling operating room lights for Operating Hybrid Room Bldg. 126. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation/delivery, set-up, and continuous calibration and maintenance. The scope of work includes the deployment of integrated surgical equipment booms, advanced lighting platforms, and an IP-based video routing and device integration system. The equipment must meet specific requirements, including having 400+ configurable accessories, an all-electric braking system, and a fully customizable platform.
* The contract is for a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
* The place of performance is the Long Beach VA Healthcare System, Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center.
* The hours of coverage are Monday through Friday, 0700-1900.
* Invoices shall be submitted monthly for items delivered during the month.
* The contractor shall submit one invoice, monthly, for items delivered during the month, under active delivery orders.
