Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source purchase order to Avid Technology, Inc. for the provision of Media Composer Perpetual 1-Year Updates + Elite Support Plan RENEWAL, Avid Advantage, Avid NEXIS | E4 120TB, ExpertPlus with Hardware Renewal. This purchase will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.
