The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Highways Division is seeking bids for the Kahului Beach Road Intersection Improvements at Kanaloa Avenue project. The scope of work consists of upgrading the existing traffic signal system, improving pedestrian facilities, and replacing traffic signal equipment.
