The Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking a qualified vendor to establish a contract for the provision of HVAC filters. The awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, and maintaining an electronic Master Inventory List of filters utilized in the maintenance of HVAC systems throughout FCPS. The contractor will also seek to standardize filter sizes to leverage volume discounts and achieve cost efficiencies. The goal of this effort is to reduce overall expenditures associated with filter purchases for FCPS.
