Description
The Navy Chaplaincy School (NCS) at Naval Station Newport, RI, requires a contractor to professionalize, validate, format, and deliver a 21‑hour Professional Development Training Course (PDTC) for Navy Chaplains and Religious Program Specialists. The work involves taking NCS‑provided curriculum material, standardizing presentations, integrating training modules, and delivering the course across 12 CONUS and OCONUS locations from September 2026 through 30 June 2027. McColm & Company LLC is the only vendor with prior performance on the predecessor contract (N0018923P0489) and is therefore being sole‑sourced.
