Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is requesting bids for the procurement of environmental lighting for the Holliday Unit Maintenance. The successful bidder will be required to provide high abuse vandal resistant LED surface mount lighting with standard 4000 lumens output and 120/277V voltage. The lighting should be delivered to the TDCJ Holliday Unit Maintenance location. The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions, including security procedures, and provide manufacturer's warranty for the equipment.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must submit their bid on the provided form, and failure to do so may result in disqualification.
• The bidder must provide all required documentation, including the statement of work, and acknowledge receipt of any addenda or amendments.
• The TDCJ reserves the right to adjust prices periodically to reflect changes in tariffs implemented after the response due date.
• The contractor must comply with TDCJ security procedures, including having a security escort throughout their delivery, and not interacting with inmates.
