CABORA DRIVE VENTILATION STATION DEMOLITION

The City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the demolition of the Cabora Drive Ventilation Station. The project includes demolishing the station to above the existing concrete slab and two concrete anchor blocks, removing and disposing of all equipment and appurtenances, and covering the post-demolition site with asphalt concrete. The bid documents are available on the CLA Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement website. • The project is funded by the Sewer Construction and Maintenance Fund (SCMF). • The City Engineer's estimate for the project is $528,000. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting and job walk will be held on March 26, 2026. • Bidders must be pre-qualified contractors on the Pre-Qualified List of Contractors. • The bid opening date is April 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Los Angeles City Hall.
