Budget estimate

$100,000 – $145,000

The solicitation caps the procurement at “Discretionary procurements less than $150,000,” indicating the total contract value will be somewhere below that ceiling. Based on typical costs for a full roof replacement on a medium‑size institutional building (materials, labor, overhead, and the optional A‑G items), a realistic range is roughly $100,000 to $145,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the existing roof condition, the choice among the optional plywood/soffit options, and prevailing‑wage labor rates.
