This solicitation invites qualified contractors to perform pavement marking repairs on the island of Oahu on an “as‑needed” basis. The work is organized into four separate line‑item jobs (Areas 1‑4), each defined as a single “JOB” under commodity code 237310 (highway line painting). Bidders must hold a valid Hawaii General Engineering “A” or Specialty Contractor “C‑3”, “C‑3a”, or “C‑33” license and must register in the state’s HCE system.
