Description
The City of Oxnard is seeking bids for Engineered Fiber, Mulch, and Bark Delivery and Installation services. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish, deliver, and install specified quantities of engineered wood playground fiber, mulch, and bark in designated areas throughout the city. The contractor must hold a State of California License Classification A, B, or C-27 Landscaping License. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing temporary safety barriers during installation
• Ensuring the work area is left in clean condition after installation
• Providing photo documentation of the site before and after installations or deliveries
• Coordinating work schedules with the Project Manager
• Complying with traffic control requirements
The contract term is up to five years, beginning January 1, 2026, with the option to extend.
