The USTRANSCOM is seeking information for potential sources to provide lodging and catering services for a "Strong Family Structure" couples training event. The event will take place from Friday, 11 September 2026, to Sunday, 13 September 2026, at a hotel venue located on or near the "Magnificent Mile" in Chicago, IL. The contractor shall provide 25 standard hotel rooms, a main conference room, specified meal services, audio-visual equipment, and support. The key requirements include:
