The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support MECH is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort, including labor, material, and facilities, to evaluate, repair, and/or modify items as specified. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. The notice serves as a synopsis and notice of intent to sole-source, with the Government not possessing the necessary data to repair the equipment/items solicited from any source other than Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp. Key aspects of the job include: • Evaluating and repairing items as specified • Furnishing labor, material, and facilities as required • Complying with the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement • Obtaining source approval, if necessary • Submitting capability statements in response to this notice
