Coconino Community College is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the new construction of an Allied Health Building at the Lone Tree Campus. The project involves designing and building a comprehensive, purpose-built environment for healthcare education, including flexible classrooms, simulation labs, and collaborative study spaces. The CMAR will be responsible for pre-construction and construction services, including design phase construction management, construction means and methods, and soliciting bids from pre-qualified subcontractors. The project has a proposed construction budget of $45,000,000 and is expected to be completed within 730 days.
