Description
The Beal City Public Schools are seeking bids for the School Upgrades project, which includes various renovations such as concrete, masonry, metals, general trades, roofing, glass and glazing, drywall, insulation, acoustical, flooring, painting, stage curtains, plumbing and HVAC systems, and electrical work. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, and the Owner will award contracts on or about July 20, 2026. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM (local time).
• The project involves multiple bid divisions, including concrete, masonry, metals, general trades, roofing, glass and glazing, drywall, insulation, acoustical, flooring, painting, stage curtains, plumbing and HVAC systems, and electrical work.
• A pre-bid meeting and project walk-through will be conducted on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM (local time) at the Beal City High School Atrium.
• Bidders must provide familial disclosure and an Iran Business Relationship Affidavit with their bids.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals.
