The Williamson County is seeking to purchase Type I/II and Type IL Portland Cement from qualified companies, conforming to Texas Department of Transportation Departmental Materials Specifications DMS-4600. The cement will be used for various construction projects in the county.
• The contract price is up to $140,000.00.
• The payment method will be check or electronic funds transfer.
• A bid bond may be required for bids exceeding $100,000.
• A performance bond may be required for contracts exceeding $50,000.
• The county reserves the right to accept the best value response or reject any and/or all responses.
