Phase 3A Sewer Extension Project

The Town of Harwich, MA is seeking bids for the construction of the Phase 3A Sewer Extension Project. The project involves the construction of a gravity and low-pressure collection system extension, pumping station, and force main, as well as the removal and replacement of stormwater catch basins and leaching basins. The project is expected to take approximately 895 calendar days to complete. Bidders must meet experience requirements and provide proof of Licensed Utility Installer status prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. • The project is funded in part by the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust. • The project requires compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection's Diesel Retrofit Program. • The project is subject to the American Iron and Steel requirements of P.L. 113-76, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014. • The project is subject to "Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requirements. • A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
