INVITATION TO BID – POWER WASH AND GRAFFITI REMOVAL OF STORAGE TANKS

The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking bids for power washing and graffiti removal of 6 water storage tanks. The successful bidder will be responsible for power washing the tanks to remove staining and graffiti, and applying an overcoat if necessary.
