BLUE HERON WRF FILTER UPGRADE

The City of Titusville is seeking bids for the construction of the Blue Heron Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Filter Upgrade. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities, including retrofit of the existing sand filters to Aquadiamond cloth media filters, installing a canopy over the proposed filters with new grating and handrail, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
