Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from potential qualified sources capable of meeting the requirements for the installation of six outdoor benches representing the U.S. military branches at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. The vendor shall remove and dispose of the existing benches, deliver and install the new benches, and ensure they meet the required salient characteristics, including outdoor durability, branch-specific branding, finish quality, and safety requirements. The project includes coordination with the Interior Designer, site layout drawings, submittals, delivery, and installation.
• Remove and properly dispose of the five existing benches
• Provide and install six new benches representing all U.S. military branches
• Space benches equally along the predefined installation line at the main entrance
• Ensure all benches meet or exceed the required salient characteristics
