Description
The Oaklyn Board of Education is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide full‑service architectural support for the district’s K‑12 facilities for a one‑year period. The contract covers design, planning, construction documentation, permitting, and ongoing technical consultation for both existing and future school projects. Firms must be NJ‑licensed, have at least five years of experience serving NJ school boards, and submit detailed hourly rate schedules. The award will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, and cost, with cost accounting for 50 % of the total score.
