Description
The 13th Air Task Force is soliciting quotes for the supply of 39 passenger vehicles for use at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. The contract period is from 2 May 2025 through 10 May 2025. The vehicles must meet specific requirements, including being no more than 5 years old, having less than 150,000 miles, and meeting federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision, quality control, and labor necessary to provide rental vehicles to USG personnel. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the vehicles and providing replacement vehicles if necessary.
• The contractor must provide a detailed plan for delivery of the vehicles to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.
• The contractor must provide all scheduled maintenance on vehicles leased under this contract.
• The contractor must provide a list of approved maintenance/repair facilities to the Government within ten working days of contract award.
• The Government will conduct a comprehensive inspection of each vehicle upon delivery to verify that it meets the acceptance criteria.
• The contractor must respond to and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
