The US Air Force intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to HDR Engineering Inc. for Architect-Engineering Services in support of the Utah Air National Guard Project USEB20132450, Design Update Repair Jet Fuel Complex, at the Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, UT. The contract is for A-E Services Type A and B. • The project involves designing updates and repairs to the jet fuel complex. • The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis as permitted by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). • The justification document for this award will be made public at a later date as required by FAR 6.305. • No solicitation documentation is available, and a determination by the UTANG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
