Repair Caterpillar Equipment

The Army Contracting Command – Letterkenny Contracting Office is seeking sources to repair Caterpillar equipment. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the repairs. The contract will have a base year of 12 months and two 12-month option years. The contractor will be required to provide quotes for repair services, perform repairs within established timeframes, and provide rental equipment as needed. • The contractor must be an authorized Caterpillar Service Center. • The contractor must have experience with government contracts and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a detailed invoice with line item breakdowns for all repair services. • The contractor must report all contractor manpower, including subcontractor manpower, to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower & Reserve Affairs).
