Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking a contractor to replace all rooftop units at Building 194, Dam Neck Annex, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The project involves replacing the existing rooftop units with new ones, and the contractor must ensure that the new units meet the required specifications and standards. The contractor will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing the new rooftop units, as well as testing and commissioning them. The project also involves removing the existing units and disposing of them in an environmentally responsible manner.
