Vacant Lot Clearing (Group 20)

The City of Peoria is seeking a contractor to clear vacant lots, including removing trees, overgrowth, concrete, litter, and garbage. The contractor must commence work within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the contract award and submit photos of completed work with the invoice. The payment processing takes 2-3 weeks. The scope of work includes: • Removing all trees from the lot • Removing all trees with and without a yellow x • Removing all overgrowth hanging over the fence • Removing all concrete from the rear of the lot • Removing all litter and garbage from the lot • Not pushing debris on neighboring lots • Using property lines sprayed on the sidewalk • Applying dirt as needed to level and grade the lot • Applying grass seed The lowest most qualified contractor will be awarded the work.
