Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of various light fixtures and supplies for the West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements specified in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items for the lowest overall total cost.
• The contract items include various light fixtures, such as Cooper light fixtures, with specific requirements for recessed mounting, grid type, dimmability, lumen output, and color temperature.
• The vendor must provide new, unused commodities, and no used or refurbished equipment will be considered.
• The contract items must be delivered to the agency's location within 15 calendar days after receiving a purchase order.
• The vendor must designate and maintain a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing vendor's responsibilities under this contract.
