IWQ 128258 Purchase of Steel Risers

Gwinnett County Government is seeking informal written quotations for the purchase of steel risers. The required items include manhole lid risers with set screws or approved equivalents. Vendors must provide unit prices, delivery times, and other relevant information. The county reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive technicalities, informalities, and minor irregularities in the submittals received. • The purchase is for 100 EA of MANHOLE LID RISER 1½” W/ SET SCREW or approved equivalent. • The purchase is for 100 EA of MANHOLE LID RISER 2” W/ SET SCREW or approved equivalent. • Vendors must certify that items to be furnished are new and that the quality has not deteriorated to impair its usefulness. • The county is exempt from federal excise tax and Georgia sales tax regarding goods and services purchased directly by Gwinnett County. • Vendors are responsible for federal excise tax and sales tax, including taxes for materials incorporated in county construction projects.
