The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is seeking bids for the Scattergood GS. Units 1&2 Green Hydrogen-Ready Modernization project. The project involves the modernization of units 1 and 2 at the Scattergood Generating Station to make them green hydrogen-ready.
