Professional Engineering for Cemetery Storage Building

Uintah County is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for the design and development of a new approximately 9,000 sq. ft. red-metal-style building at Vernal Memorial Park. The selected firm will provide specified professional services for the duration of the project, from the development of engineered plans through construction completion. Services may include coordination with Uintah County, geotechnical investigation, civil and site engineering, design development, structural engineering, preparation of construction documents, and construction-phase services. • The project requires a mandatory pre-submittal meeting on December 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. • The proposal submission deadline is January 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals • The selected firm will work with the County to prepare the subsequent construction RFP and project specifications
