The Blount County Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to design, supply, deliver, install, and train school staff on a complete cafeteria serving line for Susan Moore Elementary. The line consists of eight distinct counter sections—including tray/utensil stand, hot/cold food counters, merchandising shelves, utility counters, a cashier station, and two microwave counters—all specified as Delfield ShelleySteel models (or pre‑approved alternatives). The contractor must handle removal of existing equipment, perform all electrical connections, and provide a two‑year parts and labor warranty (seven‑year compressor warranty). Delivery must occur within 90 days of order, and the contract includes a one‑year initial term with up‑to‑four‑year extension options.
• Provide eight Delfield‑specified serving‑line sections (SCTS‑28, SWF‑4‑NU, SFTS2‑50‑NUP, SCSC‑74‑BP, SC‑36, SCS‑30, SC‑60 x3).
• Perform removal of existing equipment, site preparation, delivery, installation, electrical hookup, and training for school personnel.
• Meet detailed construction specifications (14‑ga stainless steel tops, 18‑ga bodies, hat‑channel bracing, etc.) and comply with extensive federal/state regulations (E‑Verify, immigration compliance, safety standards, etc.).
• Submit a sealed, notarized bid by 10:15 a.m. on April 21 2026; contract is firm for at least 60 days and may be extended up to five years total.
