Description
The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide lodging, meeting space, meals, and programmed activities for the 2025 State Child & Youth Symposium, a 7-day overnight camp for 85 attendees. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control. The symposium aims to enhance the overall experience of Iowa Army National Guard dependents and provide opportunities for them to develop life skills. Key requirements include providing a camp brochure or narrative description of the camp, proposed menus for all meals, and a statement regarding the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
