The positioner is intended for use in surgical procedures, including total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, and revision. The contractor must provide the brand name equipment, including the De Mayo Adapt2Fit Modular Knee Positioner, OR Table Pads, Aluminum Boot with Distractor Block, De Mayo Push Button Clamp-Pin Locking, De Mayo Adapt2Fit SteriPod System, and De Mayo Knee Positioner SteriPod System Single Use Paper Filters. The contractor must also provide delivery confirmation and documentation of receipt. • The De Mayo Adapt2Fit Modular Knee Positioner is designed for use in surgical procedures and offers flexibility in adapting to different surgical requirements and anatomies. • The positioner is compatible with the current set used by the OR and is crucial in a time of need to have an instrument that is exact or very similar to what is currently used. • The positioner has several features that set it apart from others, including its longest length, stability on the OR table, and ability to support the complete weight of the limb.
