Osceola Avenue Corridor Improvements

The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Osceola Avenue Corridor Improvements. The work includes roadway reconstruction, stormwater improvements, potable water, reclaimed water and sanitary sewer improvements, pedestrian and signal improvements, intelligent transportation systems, landscaping, and related work.
