Transmission System Plan and Hydraulic Model Update

Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a consultant to study and evaluate its water transmission system, update its transmission system hydraulic model, and recommend operational and capital improvements. The scope of work includes tasks such as identifying transmission system performance criteria, building and calibrating a hydraulic model, and developing operational and capital improvement recommendations. The project is expected to last 10 months, from May 2026 to March 2027. The consultant will work with Zone 7 staff to collect and process field and SCADA data, and will provide a final report that includes an executive summary, introduction, existing facilities, transmission system performance criteria, and recommendations.
