Uninterruptible Power Supply Replacement Project

The City of Roseville is soliciting bids for the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Replacement Project. The project involves replacing existing UPS units at the Martha Riley Community Library, Roseville Police Department, and Civic Center. The awarded contractor will be responsible for removing and properly disposing of the existing UPS units, providing and installing new UPS units, commissioning, acceptance testing, and start-up services. The contractor will also be required to provide knowledge transfer/training on the purchased equipment. • The project is divided into three discrete locations, and the City will evaluate bids separately for each location. • The City reserves the right to award any, all, or none of the locations, in any combination, based on the City's best interests and available funding. • Bidders must provide separate, firm, fixed pricing for each location. • The City requires all corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships to be registered to do business in the state of California. • The City requires proof of current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) for both the contractor and all listed subcontractors.
