Description
The Town of Greenwich is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of botanical supplies, including fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, wetting agents, fertilizers, and specialty products, for the Griffith E. Harris Golf Course and other Town departments on an as-needed basis. The contract will have a term of one year, from May 7, 2026, to May 6, 2027. Bidders must provide complete pricing and lead time information for each product listed on the reply sheets. The Town reserves the right to award based on bid prices of individual products or entire supply categories.
Key features of the job include:
• Providing botanical supplies, including fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, wetting agents, fertilizers, and specialty products
• Delivering supplies within a maximum lead time of three business days
• Pricing remaining fixed for each product listed on the reply sheets for the one-year term
• The Town reserving the right to award to one or more bidders
• The Town ordering supplies on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee as to the quantity of supplies that may be purchased during the term of the commodity award
