Description
The Department of Natural Resources Procurement Office is seeking a contractor to provide design, fabrication, and installation of exhibits at the DNR Ludington Beach House. The contract term is one year with up to two 1-year options to renew. The successful bidder will be responsible for creating interactive and engaging exhibits that foster curiosity, enjoyment, and inspiration rooted in Michigan's stories.
• The contract includes three phases: conceptual/schematic design, design development, and final design, fabrication, and installation.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including qualifications, experience, and portfolio examples.
• The evaluation process will include a technical evaluation and a pricing evaluation.
• The contract award will be based on the best value to the state, considering both technical and pricing factors.
