Walnut Lift Station Force Main

The Village of Schaumburg is seeking proposals for the completion of the Walnut Lift Station Force Main project. The project involves designing and constructing the remaining 1000 feet of the force main, which was partially completed in 2013. The successful proposer will be responsible for preparing bid and construction documents, conducting soil testing, obtaining permits, and providing a budget for construction and construction engineering. The project is expected to start on September 1, 2026, and be completed by September 1, 2027. • The project requires the preparation of bid and construction documents, including restoration for the "Walnut Lane Force Main" from Walnut Lane and Bode Road east to Ashley Lane and South on Ashley Lane for about 100-200 feet before it returns to gravity sewer. • The proposer must provide a detailed description of their approach to the project, including their qualifications and experience. • The proposer must also provide a pricing sheet, including unit prices and total costs. • The Village of Schaumburg reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or discrepancies in the proposals.
