The U.S. Embassy in Ankara is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate the kitchen and adjacent hall areas of the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence. The scope includes design, demolition, custom cabinetry, sintered‑stone countertop, sink/faucet, plumbing, electrical, lighting, radiator relocation, floor and backsplash tile replacement, painting, and final testing/clean‑up. The contractor must submit a preliminary design with the bid, obtain COR approvals for all submittals, and complete the work within 45 business days after contract award. Normal working hours are 08:00‑17:00; any out‑of‑hours work requires prior approval.
