Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Cut Suit and Supplies

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office–West (MRCO-West) MEDCOM intends to award a sole source contract to American 3B Scientific, L.P. for Cut Suits supplies and training for Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. • The contract is for Cut Suits supplies and training for Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. • The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339113 “Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing”. • The Small Business Size Standard is 800 Employees. • The contract will be awarded on or about 11 March 2026.
